چکیده

This work employs the coaxial probe method to stack and excite two cone-inverted cylindrical cross-hybrid dielectric resonator antennas at a standard operating resonant frequency of 5.438 GHz. A drawback these Dielectric Resonator Antennas (DRAs) is their narrow bandwidth. For good antenna performance, stacked DR geometry thick substrate with low constant are desired since this provides large bandwidth, better radiation power, reduces conductor loss nonappearance surface waves. Many approaches, such as changing shape resonator, have been used enhance Using DRA, which has lowest constant, increases bandwidth electromagnetic energy. In current work, improvement was significantly achieved by proposed varying size. novel hybrid DRA configuration increase 89.27% 149.23% due antennas, respectively. The designed numerically via Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) method. Several parameters like return loss, input impedance (verified ) pattern calculated. Furthermore, stacked-hybrid technique antenna's useful for broadband communication demand wireless.

Integrated Ultra-wideband Plannar Monopole with Cylindrical Dielectric Resonator Antennas

Abstract—An ultra-wideband (UWB) planar monopole antenna integrated with a narrow-band (NB) cylindrical dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) is presented. The proposed antenna consists of a UWB monopole excited by a coplanar waveguide (CPW) transmission line, acting as a ground for a DRA excited by a slot. The mode HEM11δ is excited in the NB DRA. To validate the concept of integration, an antenn...

Embedded Dual band Cylindrical Dielectric Resonator Antenna

A compact dual-band antenna made of high dielectric constant substrate is studied. Embedding a higher dielectric cylindrical inside the substrate host cylindrical enhances the dual-band behaviour. The first part displays the characteristics of single CRDA as return loss, bandwidth and radiation pattern, then, the second part describes the aim of using an antenna, composed by the arrangement of ...
